TJ Hoffman, M. M., M.B.A.

TJ Hoffman is the Chief Operating Officer at Sibme. Prior to joining Sibme, TJ was Academic Program Manager for New Teacher Induction in Houston Independent School District, where he designed and implemented systems for mentoring and induction for 3,000 new teachers annually. TJ spent 10 years as a teacher, campus, and district administrator in Texas public schools and is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Rice University.
